Murne is one of the new support options added for Rebels (and sometimes Scum) in IACP. She's been upgraded from her previous FFG form to add a new twist to her old abilities while also giving her some new ones.
False Orders has been upgraded to be able to target figures with figure cost of 4 or less, and important upgrade to allow the ability to actually be playable in a modern metagame where the only 3 point figures seen are generally support figures. The main attraction for including Murne in a list though has to be the updated Field Report. Now costing just an action, this ability allows Murne to Hide up to 2 friendly figures each use, but only so long as they have 2 or less attack dice in their printed attack pool. This includes Murne as well, but mainly this is an ability that is designed to make lists with generic trooper figures more viable, though it also works great with 2-dice auto-focus figures like Maul, Diala, and IG-88, which is why you will often times see her in Scum lists where 2-dice auto-focusers are much more common.
Finally, she's received a new 3rd ability, Figurehead, which gives Rebel lists access to more counterplay against strain strategies by allowing Murne to suffer a damage to prevent an equal amount of strain, protecting those important Rebel Command cards from being discarded. To help her use this ability, she has an abnormally high Health value so she can eat a couple of strain for a teammate before she really starts to feel the pain from the Figurehead ability.
